Tenant Migration Guide

Your organisation is migrating to a new Microsoft 365 tenant on Thursday 14 May.

Tell us what devices you use, and we'll show you exactly what to do — step by step.

⚠️ Before Migration — Do by Wed 13 May
Remove your work account from the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. This must be done before the migration on Thursday.

Reconnect your computer and phone apps to the new tenant. Only do this after IT confirms the migration is complete.
